Ronay is a graduate of Webster University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Master’s in Finance. She has almost 30 years in Senior Leadership and Business ownership spread across Professional Services, Healthcare, Technology and Manufacturing industries. She has demonstrated excellence in identifying the most efficient and acceptable resolutions to complex business accounting and operational problems. Ronay also possesses extensive experience and quantifiable success serving as a Lean Six Sigma transformation leader in multi-plant environments and business environments.
Married to Justin Hershey and living in York, PA, Ronay is the owner of Quantum Accounting Associates, a full outsourced accounting solution for small businesses. She serves on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters York-Adams Counties. She serves on the leadership team for the York Chapter of the Polkadot Powerhouse as the Dots Master Coordinator. She has traveled the world as an educator of her curriculum, and as a business consultant.
Ronay is also a published journalist as well as an accomplished author, publishing 3 books with McGraw-Hill Professional that have been used in educational institutions internationally. She is an accomplished elite athlete, owning 5 National Championships and bringing home 3 World Championships and 1 silver metal for Team USA in Masters Olympic Weightlifting, owning several World, American, and National records over the years.

Tyler graduated from York College in 2014 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a minor in Professional Writing. She worked in a microbiology lab in Lancaster, PA, for one year before moving to the West Coast. Motivated by circumstance and a deepening curiosity for accounting and business, she secured an Accounting Assistant position in Albany, Oregon. There, she was trained and mentored at a small business operating in the residential/commercial property management, self-storage, and construction industries.
Over the course of the next six years, she moved back to Pennsylvania and worked her way up to a Senior Staff Accountant role, accumulating valuable expertise within the accounting department of a real estate management firm. There, she prepared and analyzed financial statements for one of the largest owners and operators of self-storage facilities among public and private companies in the U.S. As her accounting department tripled in size, Tyler developed and documented procedures which played a pivotal role to the organization’s expansion and success. Tyler joined Ronay in 2021, bringing along her experience in rapid small business growth, which has been applied to successfully handle client accounting tasks, onboard new team members, and enhance operational processes, protocols, and communication.
Tyler Jermyn currently serves as Quantum Accounting Associate’s VP of Accounting Services and is responsible for sales and development, as well as overseeing internal operations. Tyler lives in Manchester, PA with her partner, Ely, and their dogs and cats. She enjoys reading fiction, tending to her indoor/outdoor plants, and learning from her mentor, Ronay.
